4. Review and Removal Process

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, Tribeofall may:

• Request additional information
• Remove or disable access to the material
• Notify the person responsible for the content

• Decline notices that are incomplete or unsupported

Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal. We will evaluate the notice in good faith and take action where appropriate.

5. Counter-Notice

A person whose content has been removed or restricted may submit a counter-notice when they believe the removal resulted from a mistake or incorrect identification.

A valid counter-notice must include:

6. Restoration of Content

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original claimant.

The disputed content may be restored after the legally applicable waiting period unless the original claimant informs us that court action has been filed seeking to prevent restoration.

Restoration is not guaranteed when the content also violates another law, website policy, agreement, or third-party right.

7. Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, Tribeofall may restrict or terminate accounts, listings, submissions, or business relationships involving repeated or serious copyright infringement.

8. Misrepresentation

Before submitting a notice, claimants should consider whether the disputed use may be licensed, authorized, subject to fair use, or otherwise lawful.

9. Information Sharing

Information provided in a notice or counter-notice may be shared with:

• The person responsible for the reported content
• The original claimant
• Website hosting or service providers
• Legal advisers
• Courts or government authorities
• Other parties where legally required

Do not include complete payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.
