These Terms of Service govern your use of tribeofall.com and purchases from Tribeofall. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative with your approval.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Fees

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Before payment, the checkout page will show:

• Shipping fee
• Applicable taxes
• Final order total

Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order. No separate tax is charged on the shipping fee. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees after checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, invalid shipping information, or legal restrictions.

If a canceled order has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

We ship only within the United States.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, normally begin processing the same business day.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time: 2–4 business days
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 60 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must contact support@tribeofall.com before returning an item.

Approved returns include:

• Free prepaid return label
• No return shipping fee
• No restocking fee
• No storage fee
• No return-processing fee

Returned items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

These conditions do not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change.

Requests are not guaranteed after processing or shipping has started.

Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
