Cancel or Change Order Policy

This policy explains how customers may request an order cancellation or change after placing an order with Tribeofall through tribeofall.com.

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.

1. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Email support@tribeofall.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Requested cancellation or change
  • Correct size, color, quantity, or shipping information, when applicable

Do not submit multiple separate requests for the same order, as this may delay processing.

2. Order Processing Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM may begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on recognized holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.

Submitting a request before the cut-off time does not guarantee approval because some orders may enter processing immediately.

3. Cancellation Before Processing

An order may usually be canceled when it has not yet entered fulfillment.

If the cancellation is approved:

  • The entire order will be canceled
  • No cancellation fee will apply
  • No storage or restocking fee will apply
  • The product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes will be refunded
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Cancellation After Processing Begins

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but approval is not guaranteed.

If the order cannot be canceled, the customer may receive the order and request a return under the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot normally be canceled after they have been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Customers should not refuse delivery unless instructed by Tribeofall.

After delivery, an eligible product may be returned within the 60-day return period.

Approved returns include free return shipping and no restocking or storage fee.

6. Changes to Product Details

Customers may request changes to:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Product selection

Changes are subject to:

  • Order processing status
  • Product availability
  • Price differences
  • Fulfillment limitations

If the replacement item costs more, the additional amount must be approved and paid before the change is completed.

If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

A change is not complete until Tribeofall confirms it by email.

7. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes may be requested before shipment, but they are not guaranteed after processing begins.

We may be unable to change an address when:

  • The shipping label has been created
  • The package has been transferred to the carrier
  • The new address fails verification
  • The new address is outside the United States
  • The change creates a fraud or security concern

If the package has already shipped, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly. Carrier address changes may be unavailable or may involve additional charges.

Any customer-responsible charge will be disclosed before approval where possible.

8. Billing and Payment Changes

For security reasons, we may be unable to replace the payment method on an existing order.

When a payment method must be changed, the original order may need to be canceled and a new order placed.

Customers should never send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords, or account credentials by email.

9. Adding Items to an Existing Order

Items cannot always be added after an order has been submitted.

Customers may need to place a separate order.

A separate order may be charged its own $6.99 standard shipping fee.

We do not guarantee that separate orders can be combined for shipment.

10. Removing Items From an Order

An item may be removed when the order has not entered fulfillment.

If approved, the removed item’s price and applicable taxes will be refunded.

If removing an item changes a promotion or discount requirement, the order total may be recalculated according to the original promotion terms.

Any change will be explained before completion where customer approval is required.

11. Promotional and Discounted Orders

Canceling or changing part of a promotional order may affect:

  • Discount eligibility
  • Bundle pricing
  • Minimum-purchase requirements
  • Free-item eligibility

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after valid promotional adjustments.

No undisclosed cancellation or change fee will be charged.

12. Orders Canceled by Tribeofall

We may cancel all or part of an order because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Invalid billing or shipping information
  • Incorrect pricing caused by a technical error
  • Quantity restrictions
  • Carrier limitations
  • Legal or safety restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

No cancellation fee will apply.

13. Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds are submitted within 7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal and banking holidays.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal provider, or other payment service may require additional time to post the refund.

Refunds are normally issued only to the original payment method.

14. Duplicate Orders

Customers who accidentally place duplicate orders should contact us immediately.

We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order when it has not entered fulfillment.

If the duplicate order has already shipped, it may be returned under the Return & Refund Policy.

15. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refusing or failing to collect a package does not guarantee automatic cancellation.

Refund processing may be delayed until the package is returned and identified.

The original shipping fee may remain non-refundable when a correctly fulfilled order is refused without an approved reason.

No additional fee will apply when refusal was authorized because the package was visibly damaged or clearly incorrect.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the order before payment
  • Selecting the correct product, size, color, and quantity
  • Providing an accurate shipping address
  • Contacting us promptly
  • Checking email for our response
  • Confirming that a requested change was approved

Sending a request does not mean that the order has been changed or canceled. Written confirmation from Tribeofall is required.

17. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers retain applicable rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, materially misdescribed, or not delivered.
