This Payment Methods Policy explains the payment options available for purchases made through Tribeofall at tribeofall.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Tribeofall accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other major debit and credit cards supported by PayPal
  • PayPal, when displayed at checkout

Available payment options may vary depending on the customer’s device, location, card issuer, and payment provider.

Only payment methods displayed during checkout may be used for an order.

2. Currency

All prices, shipping fees, taxes, refunds, and order totals are displayed and processed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers using a card or account issued in another currency may be charged a currency-conversion fee or foreign transaction fee by their bank or payment provider.

Tribeofall does not control or receive these third-party fees.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:

  • The payment information is accurate
  • The customer is authorized to use the payment method
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available
  • Tribeofall and its payment providers may verify and process the transaction
  • The displayed order total may be charged

An order is not guaranteed until payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted.

4. Charges and Order Total

Before payment is completed, the checkout page will display:

  • Product subtotal
  • Discounts
  • Standard shipping fee
  • Applicable product taxes
  • Final order total

Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order.

No separate tax is charged on the shipping fee.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.

5. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another authorized payment service provider.

Payment providers may collect and process:

  • Cardholder name
  • Billing address
  • Card information
  • Account information
  • Transaction details
  • Device and fraud-prevention information

Complete card numbers and security codes are generally handled directly by the payment provider and are not intentionally stored by Tribeofall.

6. Payment Security

We use reasonable security measures and authorized payment providers to help protect payment transactions.

Customers should:

  • Use a secure device and internet connection
  • Review the website address before paying
  • Keep account passwords confidential
  • Avoid sending card numbers or security codes by email
  • Contact us promptly if unauthorized activity is suspected

No online payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Payment Verification

An order may be reviewed before acceptance to verify:

  • Billing information
  • Shipping information
  • Payment authorization
  • Cardholder identity
  • Transaction security
  • Fraud-prevention results

We may contact the customer for reasonable additional information.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

8. Declined Payments

A payment may be declined because of:

  • Incorrect card information
  • Expired card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Billing-address mismatch
  • Card issuer restrictions
  • Fraud-prevention controls
  • Payment-provider errors
  • Unsupported payment method

Customers should confirm their information or contact their bank, card issuer, or PayPal for assistance.

Tribeofall cannot override a payment provider’s decline decision.

9. Authorization Holds

A temporary authorization hold may appear after an order is submitted.

This hold is not always a completed charge.

If an order is canceled or payment is not completed, the bank or payment provider will normally release the hold according to its own processing timeline.

Tribeofall does not control how long a financial institution takes to remove an authorization hold.

10. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Customers who believe they were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount should contact:

Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Charge date
  • Charged amount
  • Payment method used
  • Description of the issue

Do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email.

We will review the transaction and provide an appropriate correction or refund when an error is confirmed.

11. Failed or Incomplete Payments

An order may not be completed if payment authorization fails.

Products are not reserved until the order is successfully submitted and accepted.

If money appears to have been deducted but no order confirmation was received, customers should contact us before placing another order.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally submitted within 7 business days after approval.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, or PayPal may require additional time to post the refund.

Refunds cannot normally be transferred to a different card, account, or person.

13. Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled before shipment:

  • The product amount will be refunded
  • The shipping fee will be refunded
  • Applicable taxes will be refunded
  • No cancellation fee will apply
  • No storage or restocking fee will apply

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

14. Taxes and Additional Fees

Applicable product sales tax may be calculated according to the delivery address and displayed before payment.

Tribeofall does not charge:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Card-use fees
  • Storage fees
  • Hidden checkout fees

A customer’s bank, PayPal, or card issuer may independently charge fees such as currency-conversion, overdraft, installment, or foreign transaction fees.

15. Fraud Prevention

We may delay, refuse, or cancel an order when there is a reasonable concern involving:

  • Unauthorized card use
  • Stolen payment information
  • Suspicious transaction activity
  • False billing information
  • Inconsistent order details
  • Repeated failed payment attempts
  • Abuse of refunds or payment disputes

If a canceled order has already been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded unless restricted by law or an active payment dispute.

16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact support@tribeofall.com before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Customers retain the right to contact their bank, card issuer, or PayPal.

We may provide order, payment, shipping, delivery, communication, and refund records when responding to a dispute.

Knowingly submitting false information in a payment dispute may constitute fraud.

17. Privacy

Payment and transaction information may be used to:

  • Complete purchases
  • Verify payments
  • Prevent fraud
  • Process refunds
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Resolve payment disputes
